This is a limited opportunity to show your wares to a highly targeted audience. And please note - this is no-frills event, with only five table top spaces available at the entrance of the conference room. It is first come, first served.
An exhibition fee of $500.00 includes a six foot table space, lunch and refreshment breaks daily, a hosted reception and transportation to/from the Rodeo field site. This does not include event registration, lodging, air or other ground transportation.

IMPORTANT: We do not have an expo company hired for this event. All participants are responsbile for their shipping arrangements.
